Natalya Bebikh
Counselor, LCMHCA
My name is Natalya, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I received my Master of Arts in Christian Counseling degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.
As a trauma-informed therapist fluent in both English and Russian, I draw from Rogerian, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused approaches to create a safe space for growth and healing. I’ve had the privilege of supporting women, pre-marital couples, and adults from a range of cultural backgrounds, including those within the Slavic community. My areas of focus include trauma recovery, grief and loss, cultural and life transitions, identity and relational challenges, and faith and spiritual exploration.
I am deeply committed to fostering an environment where individuals can explore their stories, embrace their potential, and cultivate resilience in the face of life’s challenges. Together, we will explore how past experiences influence your current thoughts, emotions, and relationships, with the goal of reprocessing painful memories and fostering healthier, more fulfilling connections with yourself and others. I believe in the inherent worth of every person and consider it a privilege to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and transformation.
I deeply enjoy living with the seasons and savoring the activities each one brings, such as skiing, hiking, foraging, harvesting fruit and vegetables, and cooking special dishes. I also enjoy reading books and traveling to new and exciting countries with my husband, learning about the history and culture of each region we encounter.
